As a condition of approval of the Hog Striping Storage minor final site plan, Crocker has provided a Warranty Deed for 20 feet of right-of-way (ROW) along the property frontage on the east side of SW Old Kansas Avenue in Palm City.
The Applicant has provided the required due diligence materials, and the Real Property Division has confirmed ownership of the property to be conveyed.
