BACKGROUND/RELATED STRATEGIC GOAL:
The Western Corridor Water & Sewer Extension Project is complete and all disbursements from the Florida State Revolving Fund Loan program have been received. In order to close on the Loan as required by section 8.12 of the WW430250 Loan Agreement, the Board is required to adopt by Resolution a Fiscal Sustainability Plan.
The Fiscal Sustainability Plan and associated Asset Inventory List are attached.

This item has been reviewed for legal sufficiency to determine whether it is consistent with applicable law, has identified and addressed legal risks, and has developed strategies for legal defensibility.

Move that the Board adopt the Resolution to implement the Western Corridor Water & Sewer Extension Project Fiscal Sustainability Plan as required by Section 8.12 of the Florida State Revolving Fund Loan Agreement WW430250.
