Construction of a 57-stall parking lot at IRSP that mirrors the parking lot North of the Tuckahoe Mansion and East of Captain Sewell's House. The parking lot construction requires an FPL easement as the existing traffic circle will relocate the transformer and lift station. The expansion of the parking lot will also include additional landscape islands, lighting and irrigation.

FPL has requested a Utility Easement for extension of electrical service and the moving of a transformer, for the Project.

In compliance with Section 139.50 General Ordinances, Martin County Code, prior to granting this easement, the Board must consider the following:

1. The easement facilitates provisions of the utility's service on the County-owned parcel and provides added value to the site.
