BACKGROUND/RELATED STRATEGIC GOAL:

The PUD Zoning Agreement for this property, dated June 27, 1978, identifies the subject property as a "commercial area" (Lot 21, Block I) of the existing approximately 71.74-acre Eastridge Estates PUD, which includes single family, duplex, multifamily sites, a park and the subject commercial area.
