This request is for acceptance of the Vacant Land Contract (Contract) between Martin County and the Village of Indiantown, a Florida municipal corporation, authorizing the final transfer and disposition of a 1.0124-acre County-owned surplus property adjacent to Booker Park in Indiantown. The parcel was declared surplus pursuant to Resolution No. 26-3.14 on March 24, 2026. Approval of a final Contract and County Deed will complete the disposition process.

On March 24, 2026, the Board of County Commissioners (Board) adopted Resolution No. 26-3.14 accepting a Special Warranty Deed from the Martin County Community Redevelopment Agency, declaring the 1.0124-acre parcel adjacent to Booker Park as surplus, and authorizing staff to prepare a Contract for the sale of the property to the Village for continued governmental recreational purposes in the amount of $275,000.
