BACKGROUND/RELATED STRATEGIC GOAL:
Increased parking in the Jensen Beach CRA continues to be a priority for the community. This project focuses on building a complete street: underground utilities, install sidewalk, lighting, landscape and on street parking.

This item has been reviewed for legal sufficiency to determine whether it is consistent with applicable
law, has identified and addressed legal risks, and has developed strategies for legal defensibility.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
The Agency is to recommend one concept via motion.
