As part of the Septic to Sewer Conversion Program, the Utilities & Solid Waste Department has requested easements from the parcel owners along the privately owned and maintained right-of-way known as NE Oak Lane Drive. Adoption of the Resolution and acceptance of the Utility Easements will allow for the installation of water and sewer infrastructure to serve the properties.

The Real Property Division will continue to obtain the necessary easements from the parcel owners, will confirm ownership of each of the easement areas upon receipt and prior to recordation, and obtain the necessary Consents of Mortgagee, where applicable, for any encumbrances on the property.
