This is a request by Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc., on behalf of Martin County Fair Association, Inc., for major final site plan approval to develop fairgrounds consisting of outdoor attraction areas, an approximately 20,000-square-foot arena, two (2) 12,472 square-foot welcome buildings, four (4) 4,000-square foot barns, and infrastructure on an approximately 30.72-acre site. The subject site is a vacant area adjacent to Indiantown High School located at 19100 SW Citrus Boulevard, approximately 0.65 miles northeast of the intersection of SW Minute Maid Road and SW Citrus Boulevard, in Indiantown. Included is a request for a Certificate of Public Facilities Reservation.
