Martin County acquired 3.29+/- acres of land from the Rogers Revocable Trust by Warranty Deed dated May 20, 2026 (OR BK 3568, PG 433), which acquisition was accepted and approved by the Board of County Commissioners under Resolution No. 26-4.11 (OR BK 3568, PG 425). The property was recommended by the ELOC as part of the 2024 ten-year voter-approved tax referendum for environmentally sensitive lands.
