BACKGROUND/RELATED STRATEGIC GOAL:

This application is a request for a zoning district change from A-2, AG-20A, and AR-5A to Limited Industrial on ?167 acres. This request is made concurrent with a proposed Future Land Use Map amendment 23-10 Martin Commerce Park LLC and CPA 23-09 Martin Commerce Park LLC Text. CPA 23-09 proposes site-specific text changes applicable to the entire ?167-acres. The ?167-acre property is located east of Interstate-95 and south of SW Martin Highway.

On September 19, 2024, the Local Planning Agency voted to recommend approval of the proposed zoning district with a vote of 2 - 1.
