BACKGROUND/RELATED STRATEGIC GOAL:

 

Agreement/Contract drafted by:  Village of Indiantown and Martin County.

Parties to the Agreement/Contract:  Village of Indiantown and Martin County.

Purpose of the Agreement/Contract:  The Village of Indiantown has requested this agreement to obtain Fire Marshal Services from Martin County Fire Rescue.

New/Renewal/Modified:  This contract is between the Village of Indiantown and Martin County for the provision of Fire Marshal services to the Village of Indiantown by Martin County Fire Rescuse.

Duration:  The terms of the agreement shall remain in effect from the effective date and indefinitely thereafter, subject to termination.

Benefits to Martin County

Cost to Martin County:  No fiscal impact unless implemented.

RECOMMENDED ACTION:

 

RECOMMENDATION

Move that the Board authorize the Chairman to execute the interlocal agreement as well as any non-monetary related documents upon review and concurrence of the County Attorney’s Office.
