BACKGROUND/RELATED STRATEGIC GOAL:

The CRA signed a contract with the TCRPC for the establishment of new land development regulations in each of the six CRA areas to assist in the implementation of the vision and recommendations contained in each of the CRA Plans. The contract was approved by the Community Redevelopment Agency in May 2018 and approved by the Board of County Commissioners in June 2018. A copy of the signed contract is attached as well as a Notice of Change sent to the TCRPC dated September 24, 2018. This notice changes the scheduled order of work for each CRA area.
