The Memorandum of Understanding between the District Board of Trustees of Indian River State College (IRSC) and the Martin County Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) will allow the County to designate eight (8) park and ride spaces at the Morgade Library. This park and ride designation complements the commuter bus service to Palm Beach County.

Move that the Board authorize the Chairman to execute the Memorandum of Understanding with the District Board of Trustees of Indian River State College.
