On March 28, 2017, the Board approved the final site plan for East and West campuses for Stuart Jet Center at the Martin County Airport.
On August 21, 2018, the Board approved an FPL utility easement for the construction of the West campus. An additional easement area is necessary to connect service and FPL requires and additional easement for connection to the West campus.

RECOMMENDATION
Move the Board approve the Florida Power & Light Company the utility easement and authorize execution by the Chairman of any and all documents necessary to complete this transaction.
