The CRA signed a contract with TCRPC for the development and establishment of new land development regulations (LDRs) in each of the six CRA areas. The contract was approved by the CRA in May 2018 and approved by the Board of County Commissioners in June 2018. A schedule of the forward movement of the LDRs is attached.
