BACKGROUND/RELATED STRATEGIC GOAL:

The Board, at its May 8, 2018 meeting, adopted an ordinance related to operating PACE programs in Martin County and directed staff to negotiate with providers for these services. Green Corridor Property Assessment Clean Energy District (Green Corridor) has requested approval to provide a PACE program in Martin County. In order to authorize Green Corridor, Martin County must enter into an Interlocal Agreement (titled as a Membership Agreement). An accompanying Resolution is also required for authorization.

RECOMMENDED ACTION:

RECOMMENDATION
Move that the Board adopt the Resolution authorizing Green Corridor to provide a PACE program in the unincorporated areas of Martin County and approving the Membership Agreement with Green Corridor.

Pull this item from the Consent Agenda.
Move that the Board not adopt the Resolution nor approve the Membership Agreement with the Green Corridor Property Assessment Clean Energy District and provide direction to staff.
