This is a request for review and approval for submittal of SHIP 2015/2016 Final Close Out Report. The annual report for this program is ready for submission to the Florida Housing Finance Corporation (FHFC). Board approval of the reports is required for submission.

BACKGROUND/RELATED STRATEGIC GOAL:
The Board heard and approved this item at its June 18, 2019 Commission meeting. When the report and certification was submitted to the FHFC there was a system error. The report had to be regenerated and the FHFC has implemented a new format for the annual report which requires a new certification.

RECOMMENDED ACTION:
RECOMMENDATION
1. Move that the Board approve the 2015/2016 SHIP report.
2. Move that the Board authorize the Chairman to sign the required report certifications.
