BACKGROUND/RELATED STRATEGIC GOAL:
The Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) has used the metric of Building Permits (number and valuation) to demonstrate redevelopment in all six CRA areas. In February 2018, Martin County changed their development review and building permit software from Kiva to Acela. In order to receive the same reports regarding the quantity and valuation of building permits in the CRA areas, a new report was created.
