BACKGROUND/RELATED STRATEGIC GOAL:

Lisa H. Dames Fine Reduction Request:

This Fine Reduction Stipulation and Agreed Recommended Order involves a parcel located at 4001 SE Commerce Avenue, Stuart, Martin County, Florida.

On May 15, 2019, an Order Finding Violation was issued by the Code Enforcement Magistrate to Lisa H. Dames, for the following violation(s): Section 10.8 A Orders - Suspension of Development Orders, Section 67.201.B - Nuisance Declared: Trash, Etc., General Ordinances, Martin County Code.

Compliance was required by August 1, 2019. On November 4, 2019, an Affidavit of Compliance/Accrued Fines was issued reflecting an outstanding fine of $18,400.00 plus costs in the amount of $575.00.

Staff has determined that a lien reduction is warranted. The respondent has offered to pay $1,840.00 to resolve the outstanding fines which have accrued.
