BACKGROUND/RELATED STRATEGIC GOAL:

At the May 8, 2018 meeting the Board adopted an ordinance related to operating PACE programs in Martin County and directed staff to negotiate with providers expressing a desire to provide for such services in Martin County. Negotiations have completed with Florida PACE Funding Agency (FPFA). In order to authorize FPFA to provide a PACE program in the unincorporated areas of Martin County, the Board and FPFA must enter into an Interlocal Agreement. The FPFA also requires that the Interlocal Agreement be approved by Resolution.
