BACKGROUND/RELATED STRATEGIC GOAL:
Section 420.9075(10), Fla. Stat. requires each county to submit to the FHFC a report each year of its affordable housing programs and accomplishments. During the Board's September 11, 2018 meeting, the Board approved the tentative 2016/2017 SHIP Final Report which reported funds as encumbered, but a few projects had been delayed and were incomplete at the time. The Board also approved the SHIP Interim Reports for Fiscal Years 2017/2018 and 2018/2019 and these reports were submitted to FHFC along with the tentative 2016/2017 Final Report. The 2016/2017 Final Report is required to be resubmitted now that the projects are completed and will provide compliance with the SHIP grant requirements.

RECOMMENDED ACTION:
RECOMMENDATION
1. Move that the Board approve the 2016/2017 SHIP Final Report.
2. Move that the Board authorize the Chairman to sign the required report certifications.
