BACKGROUND/RELATED STRATEGIC GOAL:
In July 2018, the Board entered into a Master Service Agreement and a Service Order Agreement No. 1 with Vesta Solutions, Inc. for improvements to the County's 911 system. The project has been delayed due to unforeseen circumstances related to cooperation with outside entities and COVID-19. Vesta Solutions, Inc. has agreed to an amendment to the terms of Service Order Agreement No. 1 to help mitigate the financial impact of the delay.
ISSUES:
The Second Amendment to Service Order Agreement No. 1 will be provided via Supplemental Memorandum.

This item has been reviewed for legal sufficiency to determine whether it is consistent with applicable law, has identified and addressed legal risks, and has developed strategies for legal defensibility.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
RECOMMENDATION
Move that the Board approve the Second Amendment to Service Order Agreement No. 1 with Vesta Solutions, Inc. and authorize the Chairman to execute the Second Amendment.
