The Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) signed a contract with Treasure Coast Regional Planning Council (TCRPC) for the development and establishment of new land development regulations in each of the six CRA areas to assist in the implementation of the vision and recommendations contained in each of the CRA Community Redevelopment Plans.

BACKGROUND/RELATED STRATEGIC GOAL:
The CRA signed a contract with the TCRPC for the development and establishment of new land development regulations in each of the six CRA areas. The contract was approved by the CRA in May 2018 and approved by the Board of County Commissioners in June 2018. This presentation discussed the proposed new Article 12, Division VII Golden Gate CRA. These are the proposed land development regulations and zoning amendments specific to the Golden Gate CRA area.
On July 13, 2020, the Golden Gate NAC unanimously adopted a motion recommending that this move forward to the CRA Board.
