BACKGROUND/RELATED STRATEGIC GOAL:
Lots 1,2,4, and 5 of the Savannah Industrial Park are encumbered by a Unity of Title recorded in Official Records Book 2092, Page 321, Public Records of Martin County, Florida. The Unity of Title was associated with a previously approved site plan that was never constructed. The owner would like to convey the platted lots which require releasing the existing Unity of Title.
