BACKGROUND/RELATED STRATEGIC GOAL:
In July 2018, the Board entered into a Master Service Agreement and a Service Order Agreement No. 1 with Vesta Solutions, Inc. for improvements to the County’s 911 system. The project has been delayed due to unforeseen circumstances related to cooperation with outside entities and COVID-19. Vesta Solutions, Inc. has agreed to an amendment to the terms of Service Order Agreement No. 1 to help mitigate the financial impact of the delay.

RECOMMENDATION
Move that the Board approve the Third Amendment to Service Order Agreement No. 1 with Vesta Solutions, Inc. and authorize the Chairman to execute the Third Amendment.
