BACKGROUND/RELATED STRATEGIC GOAL:

The Martin County Parks and Recreation Department will begin operating the new Seaside Caf? in Stuart Beach in the fall of 2020. The Board authorized the Parks and Recreation Department to apply for a special County Commission alcohol license to sell beer, wine and liquor for onsite consumption and authorized the Chairman of the Board to sign the liquor license for Seaside Caf?.

The following drink options categories below are being presented for Board consideration. The ingredients for each category are provided on the attached Power Point presentation:

? Beer and Wine- draft, bottled and canned.
? Frozen Pre-Mixed Drinks - Margaritas, Rum Runner, Pina Colada and Daiquiris.
? Pre-Mixed Drinks - Margaritas, Rum Punch, Electric Lemonade, and Cherry Limeade.
? Bulk Refrigerated Pre-Mixed Drinks - Sangria, Bloody Mary, Screwdriver, Mojito, Madras.
? Ready to Drink Canned Cocktails - Hard seltzers and premium cocktails such as Dark and Stormy, Moscow Mule, and Gin and Tonic.
