The Martin County Community Redevelopment Agency's (CRA) Gomez Affordable Housing project includes design and construction of water distribution and wastewater collection systems as well as roadway improvements along SE Lewis Way, SE Douglas Way and SE Queen Drive rights-of-way. The roadway improvements include design and construction of on-street parking spaces, sidewalks, street lighting, and stormwater drainage facilities.
County staff has acquired donations of the property necessary for the CRA project and requests the Board of County Commissioners accept and approve these donations which include two Sidewalk Easements and a Warranty Deed for additional right-of-way.
