This undeveloped section of the park is designated in the Park’s master site plan for future parking.
The USSC has agreed to contribute $325,000 towards the overall costs (design, permitting and construction) of the project. This agreement will allow the county to accept the $325,000 from the USSC to complete the project. The estimated design and construction costs are $650,000 a formal capital improvement program (CIP) sheet was approved by the Board of County Commissioners as part of the Parks CIP program for 2022. Once the agreement is approved and design is completed, the County would construct the project and maintain the property.
