BACKGROUND/RELATED STRATEGIC GOAL:
In 2014 the Board adopted Resolution No. 14-2.36 which established a formal written policy regarding its invocation policy. Staff recommends that such policy be updated to recognize changes in the County’s organizational structure, improvements in technology and to maintain consistency with the Board’s Rules of Procedure.
