The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) is requiring local governments execute a Construction Agreement prior to making permanent modifications to an asset or roadway on the State Highway System and within the FDOT’s right-of-way. RECOMMENDATION
Move that the Board adopt the Resolution authorizing the County Administrator, or her designee, to execute future Construction Agreements, as necessary to make permanent modifications to an asset or roadway on the State Highway System and within the Florida Department of Transportation’s right-of-way.
