BACKGROUND/RELATED STRATEGIC GOAL:
In the past several years, Martin County and the Martin County CRA have worked hard to increase the access to infrastructure like sewer and water, update water mains, and install drainage and stormwater improvements, etc. in all six CRA areas. This has spurred redevelopment by the private sector and many projects are currently in different stages of review and construction.
The CRA Board has expressed interest in knowing what strategies are utilized by County when these projects occur in terms of addressing additional traffic and roadway congestion.

This item has been reviewed for legal sufficiency to determine whether it is consistent with applicable law, has identified and addressed legal risks, and has developed strategies for legal defensibility.
