These submerged lands are located between SE Railway Avenue, SE Salerno Road, west of SE Dixie Highway over the Salerno Creek outfall in Port Salerno.  In 1991, the County received FDEP Permit No. 431976038 and subsequent easement solely for the installation of a pedestrian bridge. This renewal is for the continued operation and maintenance of the pedestrian bridge to provide a multi-modal pathway within the Port Salerno Community Redevelopment Area. No additional structures, major appurtenances, or realignment is permitted without consent from the Grantor.
