Jeremy Hubsch with WGI Inc., Chris Anthony with Corner Lot Living and Donald Barnes with Jamsz Development Company will present a proposed development of 90 apartments in three 3-story buildings at the NW corner of SW Palm City School Avenue and SW Martin Highway. The total site is approximately 6.17 acres with a land use designation of “CRA Center” and the “Corridor” zoning subdistrict.
