Scott Hughes with Hughes Umbanhowar Architects, Melissa Corbett with The MilCor Group and Bob Zacheo with Project LIFT will present a new project where Project LIFT is proposing to demolish their existing 8,050 sf building and rebuild. The proposed building is a total of 14,200 square feet, with 2,200 square feet of office space and 12,000 sf of hands-on training space. The site is accessed from SW 34th Street, with a drive running southerly through the site to 34th Terrace. The total site is approximately 0.65 acres with a land use designation of “CRA Center” and the “Core” zoning subdistrict.
