BACKGROUND/RELATED STRATEGIC GOAL:
This item provides the Community Redevelopment Agency Board with a CRA-wide, global view of the status of active projects and a placeholder to introduce new projects. The Community Redevelopment Agency Board needs to be informed as to the status of all active CRA projects each month giving members the current information they need when talking with the public and their communities.

This item has been reviewed for legal sufficiency to determine whether it is consistent with applicable
law, and legal staff have identified and addressed legal risks and developed strategies for legal defensibility, as applicable.
