This is the annual review of CRA projects and funding to provide the Agency with detailed information of the 2025 Capital Improvement Plan for current, continuing and new projects in each CRA area.

BACKGROUND/RELATED STRATEGIC GOAL:
Shelby Baker, Budget & CIP Coordinator will present the CIP process; Susan Kores, Office of Community Development Manager will present the recommended projects and funding allocation for each CRA area for FY 2025. This 2025 CIP has been presented to each Neighborhood Advisory Committee, and each has recommended that the Agency approve the 2025 CIP and recommend approval to the Board of County Commissioners.
LEGAL SUFFICIENCY REVIEW:
This item has been reviewed for legal sufficiency to determine whether it is consistent with applicable law, and legal staff has identified and addressed legal risks and developed strategies for legal defensibility, as applicable.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Move that the Agency approve the 2025 CIP and recommend it for approval to the Board of County Commissioners.
