Fine Reduction Request Mary Riggs Mayo and Michael Mayo:

This Fine Reduction Stipulation and Agreed Recommended Order involves a parcel located at 8082 SE HIDDEN BRIDGE COURT, JUPITER, FL 33458, Martin County, Florida.

On June 15, 2022, an Order Finding Violation was issued by the Code Enforcement Magistrate to MAYO MARY RIGGS MAYO MICHAEL, for the following violation(s): Section 105.1 FBC- Permits - Permits When Required Incorporated By Sec 21.1 General Ordinances, Martin County Code.

Compliance was required by September 30, 2022. On February 1, 2024, an Affidavit of Compliance/Accrued Fines was issued reflecting an outstanding fine of $ 48,300.00. The Admin fee of $575.00 was paid in full.

Staff has determined that a lien reduction is warranted. Respondents were responsible for the violation; however, they brought the property into compliance and have offered to pay $ 4,830.00 to resolve the outstanding fines which have accrued.
