This Fine Reduction Stipulation and Agreed Recommended Order involves a parcel located at 18397 SE HERITAGE DRIVE, TEQUESTA, FL 33469, Martin County, Florida.

On July 18, 2023, a Stipulation and Agreed Final Order was issued by the Code Enforcement Magistrate to BRIGGS DAVID A, for the following violation(s): Section 67.201.A- Nuisance Declared: Weeds, Undergrowth, General Ordinances, Martin County Code, Section 21.99 Accessory Structures, General Ordinances, Martin County Code, Section 21.110-Exterior Structures, General Ordinances, Martin County Code

Compliance was required by September 29, 2023. On June 24, 2024, an Affidavit of Compliance/ Accrued Fines was issued reflecting an outstanding fine of $ 80,100.00.
Aaron Gordon is the Current Owner of the property. Pursuant to a Warranty Deed recorded in Official Records Book 3445, Page 1642, Martin County, Florida Public Records, Respondent has no remaining interest in the property.

Staff has determined that a lien reduction is warranted. Current Owner was not responsible for the violation; however, they brought the property into compliance and have offered to pay $8,010.00 to resolve the outstanding fines which have accrued.
