PRES PRESENTATIONS

ALTERNATIVE COMPLIANCE REQUEST: SPEARS MEDICAL

AWS Family Enterprises, LLC is applying for minor final site plan approval to develop

a 6,012 square foot medical office building and associated infrastructure

improvements. The subject property is an approximate 0.59-acre undeveloped parcel

located at the southeast corner of the intersection of SW Mapp Road and SW 28th

Street in Palm City. The alternative compliance request is for roofing that is not flat per

the "Main Street Vernacular" Architectural Style and for building entrances not

provided each 30 lineal feet found in Article 12 of the Land Development Regulations.

OLD PALM CITY SEWER AND WATER UPDATE

Leo Repetti of the Utilities Department will provide an update on the ongoing sewer

and water improvement project in Old Palm City. The presentation will include the

current status of the project, recent progress, upcoming work and anticipated next

steps.

MAPP ROAD LANDSCAPING

Staff will provide an update on the landscaping along Mapp Road, including areas

where vegetation was damaged or lost as a result of the recent freeze. Staff is

working with the County’s horticulturalist and arborist to develop a landscape plan that

will replace the dead plant material and enhance the overall appearance and

landscaping along the roadway. The presentation will include an overview of the

proposed approach and anticipated next steps.
