The Community Redevelopment Agency Board is requested to review the 2nd Quarter  
Report for FY 2026. This is presented by staff to apprise the Agency of ongoing  
efforts.

NEW BUSINESS  
The Office of Community Development will submit an FY 2027 tentative operating  
budget to the Martin County Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) in July 2026.  
Operating costs have increased 3.02% based on contractual obligations for a total of  
$24,134.00. The operational budget was adjusted within line items to better reflect  
actual expenditures and the operational needs anticipated for FY27, but no aggregate  
increase in these line items.
