PRES PRESENTATIONS  
Dana Little, Urban Design Director and Jessica Seymour, Principal Program  
Coordinator of the Treasure Coast Regional Planning Council will present the first  
CRA Open Space Plan for the Port Salerno CRA. This plan will outline the potential  
opportunities to increase green space, community connections and neighborhood  
amenities in the Port Salerno CRA. It was presented to the Port Salerno  
Neighborhood Advisory Committee on Thursday, April 9, 2026.

NEW BUSINESS  
The CRA has contracted BusinessFlare®, a 30-year economic development practice,  
to advance the next phase of CRA performance tracking and intelligence in Martin  
County. Kevin Crowder, Founder of BusinessFlare® will discuss the tools and  
methodologies that will deliver these measurable outcomes for all six CRA areas.
