PRES PRESENTATIONS
This presentation will describe the construction of an approximately 4,551-square-foot
one story office building and the demolition of the existing 4,113-square-foot building.
An existing 3,033-square-foot building will remain, resulting in a total area of 7,584
square feet. The site is located at the northwest corner of SW Mapp Road and SW
Thelma Street.

NEW BUSINESS
The Treasure Coast Regional Planning Council (TCRPC) will be contracted to analyze
the downtown Palm City area for additional parking. The purpose of the effort is to
identify opportunities and constraints to allow for additional parking off of Mapp Road.

Staff will present an overview of the FY 2027 Capital Improvement Plan and facilitate a
discussion regarding current and future parking needs within the area. Following the
discussion, staff will recommend the inclusion of parking-related initiatives in the FY
2027 Capital Improvement Plan.
