BACKGROUND/RELATED STRATEGIC GOAL:
The Board heard and approved this item at its June 18, 2019 Commission meeting. When the report and certification was submitted to the FHFC there was a system error. The report had to be regenerated and the FHFC has implemented a new format for the annual report which requires a new certification.

RECOMMENDED ACTION:
RECOMMENDATION
1. Move that the Board approve the 2015/2016 SHIP report.
2. Move that the Board authorize the Chairman to sign the required report certifications.
