The property located at the corner of SE Dixie Highway and SE Florida Street in the City of Stuart is in the process of being sold. Since the property is located within the City of Stuart Community Redevelopment Area, the City is requiring the dedication of a 10' strip of right-of-way along SE Dixie Highway and a 25' corner clip at SE Dixie Highway and SE Florida Street. This section of SE Dixie Highway is a County road and the City asked the owners to dedicate the property directly to Martin County.
A Title Commitment confirming ownership in Ronald F. Ordway, Crystal Quevedo and Bonnie O. Arnold has been provided.
