BACKGROUND/RELATED STRATEGIC GOAL:
To provide the Agency with a CRA-wide, global view of all the projects in our CRA areas, not just those initiated by the CRA. This assures that the Agency members are informed of all active projects in their CRA areas so that they have current information when talking with the public and their communities.
LEGAL SUFFICIENCY REVIEW:
This item has been reviewed for legal sufficiency to determine whether it is consistent with applicable law, has identified and addressed legal risks, and has developed strategies for legal defensibility.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Hear the presentation and provide direction, as needed.
